Sunday, August 7th will mark the 11th annual of Kortney’s Challenge 2 Mile FUN Run/Walk. It’s hard to believe it’s been over ten years since we lost Kortney to a rare brain tumor. We have accomplished so much in her memory, donating over one million dollars to the pediatric brain tumor research program at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, building a playground in her name, and having legislation passed naming May as Brain Tumor Awareness Month in the State of New Jersey.
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND –TEAMS. When you register you have the option if you wan may choose to set up a fundraising page, or a team. It’s fun to bring friends and ask them to support our great cause.
With less than 4% of National Cancer Institute funding allocated to ALL forms of pediatric cancer research, foundations like The Kortney Rose Foundation (KRF) are the ones making up the gap to fund lifesaving research and we need your help to do so.
